Summer 2025 – Waves, Smiles and So Many Stories

Summer 2025 will stay in our memories as one of the most active and colorful so far.At our HaloSUP locations in Izola, San Simon, Strunjan and Piran, the sea was alive every day — with pedal boats, SUP boards, jet skis, banana and couch rides, and endless laughter.


Every wave, every morning SUP session, every splash of adrenaline added up to another unforgettable HaloSUP summer.As we close the season, we feel grateful — not just for the numbers, but for all the small moments we shared with people and the sea.


This year brought us:

  • over 1,000 hours of fun on the water,

  • hundreds of banana and couch rides,

  • countless SUP and pedal boat adventures,

  • and a few special moments we’ll never forget.


One of those was when our founder Iztok rescued a sea turtle tangled in ropes near San Simon Beach.Without hesitation, he jumped on a SUP and helped free the turtle — a moment that touched many hearts across Slovenia.👉 Read the story on Regional Obala


That rescue reminded us once again that we’re not just about water fun — we’re also guardians of the sea, the very element that gives us energy, freedom, and joy every day.


What Happens When the Season Ends?

When the summer ends, HaloSUP doesn’t go to sleep — we switch into creation mode.Autumn and winter are the time for:

  • cleaning, repairing and upgrading our equipment,

  • checking jet skis, pedal boats, SUPs and safety gear,

  • and planning new programs for the next season.


It’s also the time when we refresh our website, share behind-the-scenes stories, and dream up new adventures for schools, companies, and families who love the sea as much as we do.


Big News for 2026 – HaloSUP’s New Water Park in Izola!

Next season, HaloSUP is bringing something big — our very own floating water park in San Simon, Izola!It will be the largest inflatable water park on the Slovenian coast — a fun and challenging playground for kids, teens, and adults alike.


The park will feature several zones: jump & slide, balance challenges, climbing sections, and a chill-out area, creating the ultimate seaside experience.


Alongside the new park, we’ll also expand:

  • our school and sports day programs,

  • team-building evenings for companies,

  • sunset SUP tours,

  • and special themed days for families.


How to Get Ready for Next Summer

Even though the sea is cooling down, our thoughts are already floating toward new adventures!Here’s how you can prepare for your next HaloSUP season:

  • check your SUP and paddles,

  • clean and store your boards in a dry place,

  • keep your body ready — running, swimming, or yoga help with balance on the board,

  • and follow our blog & Instagram @halosup.en for winter updates, sea stories and sneak peeks into 2026.
