SUPer FIT workout

When you feel good and look great, you know you've come from a SUPer FIT workout with elements of yoga and Pilates.

SUPer FIT workout is a form of exercise on a SUP in the sea or pool. SUP workout with elements of yoga and Pilates is a comprehensive form of recreation, as it strengthens not only the major muscle groups but also the weaker muscles, coordination, and balance. In addition to feeling better and improving posture, concentration is also significantly enhanced.

*The maximum number of participants per instructor is nine. The SUPer FIT workout instructor is licensed.

SUPer FIT workout is suitable for everyone who wants a different kind of workout, relaxation, positive energy, and good vibes. The advantage of SUPer FIT workout is in its more intense form, as the exercises are performed on a moving surface - on a SUP - forcing our muscles to work harder. Results are noticeable after just a few sessions! We will improve body posture, balance, coordination, prevent the occurrence of incontinence, strengthen the body, and improve tone.
